Prepare this easy caprese pasta salad recipe with simple ingredients for a make-ahead side dish that’s perfect for every occasion!
Prepare the pasta to al dente according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain it immediately, & rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a bowl, add all of the ingredients except for the basil pasta & mix. Add the cooled pasta & toss again. Fold in the basil.
Cover the caprese pasta salad with plastic wrap & transfer it to the fridge to chill for at least an hour. This step is important to help the flavors meld together!
