Cheeseburger casserole is a simple dish that tastes just like a cheeseburger! It's ooey gooey & ultra cheesy with plenty of ground beef and macaroni noodles. Ready to eat in 45 mins.


ground beef  salt black pepper chopped onion –  garlic cloves  tomato paste Worcestershire sauce beef broth elbow macaroni diced tomatoes heavy cream 

Cook Ground Beef

Heat a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat, cook & break up the ground beef along with the salt, pepper & onions, until the ground beef is no longer pink.


Add Tomato Paste

Add in the garlic & cook for another 1-2 mins. Add the tomato paste & Worcestershire sauce, stir to combine.


Add Macaroni

Add in the beef broth & elbow macaroni, stir & bring to a simmer over medium low heat. Simmer until the macaroni noodles are just al dente, stirring occasionally.


Add the Tomatoes

Add in the diced tomatoes & stir to combine.


Pour Heavy Cream

Reduce the heat to low & stir in the heavy cream.


Add Cheese

Add the 2 ½ cups of shredded cheddar, stir until completely melted.


Transfer the Mixture

Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish, sprinkle on remaining shredded cheese & chopped bacon.


Bake & Serve

Bake uncovered for 15 mins or until the cheese has melted & the edges are bubbling. Garnish with sliced green onions & serve. Enjoy!
