Spray a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add the chicken thighs in one layer to the bottom of the insert.

In a sized mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce & green onions. Pour over the chicken thighs.

Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through..

Serve over white rice & sprinkle on the toasted sesame seeds, garnish with sliced green onion. Enjoy!
