CREAMY CUCUMBER SALAD

This crowd-pleasing summer salad is ready in 15 mins. Naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, & vegan!

INGREDIENTS

English cucumber  cherry tomatoes  avocado –  chopped fresh dill –  olive oil –  lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste

Chop the Vegetables

Slice cucumber into thin slices. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Cut avocado in half, remove pit & cut into small cubes.

Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, dill, olive oil & lemon juice.

Mix & Season

Mix &  season with salt &  pepper to taste.
