quick and easy SALT AND PEPPER CHICKEN

Transforming an iconic Chinese takeout into a quick & easy family-friendly weeknight dinner! All you need is handful of ingredients.

Cut the Chicken

Pat dry & cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

Marinate the Chicken

Mix in the seasoning & marinate chicken for 5 mins. Meanwhile prepare the vegetables.

Add Cornstarch

Add cornstarch to the marinated chicken & ensure each piece is coated.

Add the Pasta

Cook chicken pieces on medium-high heat in a skillet with oil. Work in batches. Remove chicken from skillet once done.

Sauté the Vegetables 

Saute the peppers & green onion in the now-empty skillet for a min or so.

Add the Chicken

hen add chicken pieces back & cook for another min or so.
