Pat dry & cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

Mix in the seasoning & marinate chicken for 5 mins. Meanwhile prepare the vegetables.

Add cornstarch to the marinated chicken & ensure each piece is coated.

Cook chicken pieces on medium-high heat in a skillet with oil. Work in batches. Remove chicken from skillet once done.

Saute the peppers & green onion in the now-empty skillet for a min or so.
