EASY WEEKNIGHT RAMEN

Prepare this easy ramen recipe with 8 ingredients & less than 30 mins for a comforting, weeknight meal everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS

shiitake mushrooms   beef broth  soy sauce  freshly grated ginger minced garlic salt package instant ramen noodles   steak 

Slice Mushrooms

If desired, you can slice the mushrooms into small pieces. If you don’t want to eat mushrooms, leave them whole to flavor the broth.

Add Ingredients

In a medium saucepan (at least 2.5qt), combine beef broth, mushrooms, soy sauce, ginger, garlic & garlic. Bring it a boil.

Reduce the Heat

Then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for about 10 mins. (If using dried mushrooms, cook it until they’re tender.)

Add the Noodles

Add ramen noodles and steak slices and cook for 5 mins on medium-low heat.

Serve

Serve hot & garnished with green onions or cilantro, if desired.
