Preheat the oven to 395 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, toss potato wedges, lemon juice, oil, seasoning, & garlic. Place in a baking dish.
Place the baking dish onto the middle rack & roast for 30 mins. Carefully remove the dish from the oven, drizzle on the melted butter, & toss with a spoon.
Pace the dish back into the oven & increase the temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Roast the lemon potato wedges.
