Ground Beef with Hash Potatoes

This 30-minute ground beef potato hash is a quick & easy, yet super flavorful breakfast for dinner recipe! A great way to use ground beef!

INGREDIENTS

– ground beef  – salt coarse kosher – black pepper – garlic powder – Worcestershire sauce – smoked paprika – potatoes  – beef broth or water – eggs

Brown the Meat

Brown the ground beef with seasonings in a skillet over medium high heat.

Cook the Potatoes

Add diced potatoes into the now empty skillet and cook for about 4 minutes.

Combine & Cook

Add the ground beef back into the skillet, then add broth or water. Cook until the potatoes are cooked through

Add Eggs

 Make wells in the mixture. Add the eggs into the wells, cover with a lid and cook the eggs to your liking.
