BAKED SALMON SKEWERS

These baked salmon skewers are tasty 30-min weeknight dinner. It's so fun, kids absolutely adore it too!

INGREDIENTS

skinless salmon filet  –  raw honey  –  garlic  –  fresh lemon juice toasted sesame oil –  salt –  black pepper paprika 10 wooden skewers

Cut the Salmon

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes.

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, combine honey, garlic, lemon juice, sesame oil, paprika, salt & pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the Salmon

Put the cubed salmon in a ziploc bag & add the marinade. Close the bag, squeezing the air out.

Transfer the Salmon

Thread salmon pieces onto prepared skewers & arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake

Bake for 10 mins, or until opaque and cooked through.

Air Fry

Or, cook it for 8 mins in an Air Fryer at 375°F. It takes less time to cook salmon in an air fryer because it's small & much more efficient!

Serve

Sprinkle sesame seeds, if you have some. Serve immediately with a side of steamed rice, cilantro lime rice or quinoa, and/or roasted vegetables.
