quick & easy Instant Pot Breakfast Casserole with Leftover Stuffing

This easy Instant Pot breakfast casserole is a great way to use up leftover stuffing. Easy, flavorful & satisfying breakfast with very little effort!


Layer the Stuffing

Layer the stuffing in the cake pan in an even layer.


Pour the Mixture

Whisk together eggs, milk & half of the cheese & pour it over the stuffing. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.


Pressure Cook the Casserole 

Cover the casserole with foil & cook in the pressure cooker for 15 mins, plus 10 mins of natural pressure release (NPR).


Cool and Serve

Carefully open the lid, remove the casserole out & cool slightly before serving!

Serve the breakfast casserole with fresh tomatoes on the side for a burst of fresh flavors!!
