quick & easy Instant Pot Vegetable Spaghetti

This Instant Pot Vegetable Spaghetti is a satisfying comfort food & family favorite any day. Use any vegetables you have, even frozen vegetables will do!


Sauté the vegetables

Set the Instant Pot to Sauté & add oil. Once the oil is shimmering, add mushrooms & sauté for about 4 mins.


Add the Spaghetti

Then stir in basil paste & garlic. Break spaghetti in half and layer in criss cross pattern over the vegetables.


Add Water

Add water first & then pasta sauce over the noodles. Close the lid & make sure the valve is set to “sealing”.


Cook the Pasta

Set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook/Manual for 4 mins on high pressure


Release the Pressure

Once time is up, turn the pressure valve to venting to do a quick release.


Stir the Pasta

Carefully open the lid & stir. If the sauce is too watery, hit “saute” button & let it for couple of mins.

I love serving this spaghetti with parmesan cheese & garlic bread.
