MOM'S BUTTERMILK CHICKEN FINGER 

Juicy, crispy chicken fingers have never been so EASY!! You'll LOVE this genius trick to bread the chicken tenders with less dirty dishes!

INGREDIENTS

crackers coarse kosher salt dried parsley chicken tenders buttermilk  oil 

Prepare the Crumbs

In a small food processor, crush the crackers. Add salt & parsley & mix to combine. Transfer the seasoned crushed crackers into a ziplock bag.

Add Buttermilk to Chicken

In a shallow dish, pour buttermilk & add chicken tenders. Toss to combine.

Mix Chicken with Crumbs

Transfer the chicken into the bag with crushed crackers. Close the bag & toss around.

Heat oil

Heat a large stainless steel, or cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add half of the oil.

Cook the Chicken

Add half of the chicken one by one  into the skillet. Cook for about 2 mins, or until nice & golden. Turn & cook for about 2-3 mins, or until cooked through.

Transfer the Chicken

Transfer the chicken fingers onto a baking sheet with wire rack. Continue with remaining oil & chicken.
