quick & easy Philly Cheesesteak Grilled Cheese

This is a simple, cheesy dinner that's ready in 15 mins! Thin sliced ribeye steak cuts down cooking time & mayo-smeared bread achieves a golden exterior!


Cook the Steak

In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add thinly sliced ribeye & season with salt. Cook until the meat is cooked through, about 3 mins. 


Prepare the Filling

Remove the ribeye from the heat & mix with provolone cheese.


Spread Mayo onto the Bread

Spread mayo onto one side of each bread slice. Place the bread mayo-side down into the skillet.


Build the Sandwich

Then place one slice of cheese then top with the ribeye/cheese mixture, & another slice of cheese. Top with another slice of bread.



Once the bottom slice is golden brown, carefully flip the entire sandwich. Cook the sandwich until the inside is hot & melty, & the bottom slice is golden brown.
