Prepare this better-than-takeout pork stir fry recipe with a homemade stir fry sauce with simple ingredients & just one pan in 30 mins!
Add the diced pork to a bowl with cornstarch and salt. Mix to coat all the pieces evenly.
Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet or a wok. Add the seasoned pork & cook on all sides until golden brown, about 5-6 mins.
In the same pan, heat 1 tbs of oil & add the bell peppers & broccoli. Sauté for 5 mins, stir often.
Add the garlic, ginger & the cooked pork back in, cook for a min. Add the sauce & cook for 2 mins until the sauce has thickened.
