THE BEST PORK STIR FRY

Prepare this better-than-takeout pork stir fry recipe with a homemade stir fry sauce with simple ingredients & just one pan in 30 mins!

INGREDIENTS

pork ribs cornstarch kosher salt –  olive oil  red bell pepper  –  broccoli florets  –  garlic  ginger stir fry sauce  scallions

Coat the Pork

Add the diced pork to a bowl with cornstarch and salt. Mix to coat all the pieces evenly.

Cook the Pork

Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet or a wok. Add the seasoned pork & cook on all sides until golden brown, about 5-6 mins.

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pan, heat 1 tbs of oil &  add the bell peppers & broccoli. Sauté for 5 mins, stir often.

Add Sauce

Add the garlic, ginger & the cooked pork back in, cook for a min. Add the sauce & cook for 2 mins until the sauce has thickened.

Serve

Garnish with green onions & serve with a bowl or rice or noodles. Enjoy!
