SMOKED SALMON FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

Prepare creamy salmon alfredo pasta in just 30 mins using ready-to-eat smoked salmon and made-from-scratch alfredo sauce!

INGREDIENTS

Fettuccini pasta  unsalted butter whipped cream cheese garlic cloves  –  garlic powder heavy whipping cream –  milk –  grated Parmesan cheese  –  salt ground black pepper

Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil & cook pasta according to package directions.

Make the Sauce

Melt butter in a skillet Add.3 tbs unsalted butter Add whipped cream cheese, garlic & garlic powder. Whisk until everything is combined and smooth. (2 mins)

Add Heavy Cream

In 2-cup measuring cup, combine heavy cream & milk & slowly stir into the cream cheese mixture.  Bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Add the Cheese

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper & continue to cook until desired thickness.

Combine Everything

Add pasta, smoked salmon, parsley & lemon juice. Toss everything until well combined. Serve immediately.
