Salad night is guaranteed to be a hit when you serve Dorito Taco Salad, made with only a handful of ingredients in 30 minutes or less!

Ingredients

¼cuptaco seasoningNote 2

3heads romaine lettucechopped and washed
10ouncesblack beansdrained and rinsed
1cupsliced cherry or grape tomatoesNote 3
¾cupshredded Cheddar cheese
1 ½cupslightly crushed Doritosnacho cheese flavor
1cupCatalina dressingNote 4
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir well to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully coated in seasoning.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, black beans, sliced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and seasoned ground beef. Toss well to combine.
Transfer the tossed salad to a serving platter or large salad bowl, top with the crushed doritos and drizzle on the catalina dressing.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Note 3: You can customize your salad by adding other vegetables such as peppers, onions, avocado, or corn.
