Add the chicken breast to the slow cooker. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken. Pour the jar of salsa on top.

Cover the slow cooker & cook the chicken for 6-8 hours on low, or 3-4 hours on high.

Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks. You can do this right in the slow cooker!

Heat up the soft taco shells according to package instructions.

Fill each taco shell with shredded chicken & cheese, red cabbage, salsa, sour cream, cilantro & lime juice. Enjoy!
